Late Policy
A $15 late fee will be applied 30 minutes after scheduled appointment and for every 20 minutes thereafter.

Booking/Cancellation

Suzanne will call you to confirm the details of your appointment, including location, number of clients and nature of documents requiring notarization.  All payments will be applied to services or FORFEITED if cancellation is less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or you are a NO SHOW.  Notarization fees will be determined at the time of service.

All signatories MUST be present and have valid Driver’s License or approved Government Issued Photo ID (cannot be expired).  Please be sure to have all documents completed but NOT signed before Suzanne’s arrival.  If for any reason services cannot be completed, excluding operator error, fees are non-refundable.
All appointments will be confirmed verbally. Expect a call from Suzanne to confirm your appointment.

The following additional services can be added to your appointment for an additional fee:

  • Ink Card Fingerprinting - $100 with 2 card minimum - $38.00 each additional card. ($45.00 accommodation fee if not added to an already scheduled service.)
  • Apostille Services - up to 2 signatures included $250.00 per document (2 signature notarized included. $200 each additional document)
  • Passport Style Photos -  $15.00 per 2x2 photo set ($45.00 accomodation fee if not added to an already scheduled service -  $100 minimum). Please provide a well lit space with no shadows if indoors or a space outside (weather permitting).
