Booking/Cancellation

 

All payments will be applied to services or FORFEITED if cancellation is less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment or you are a NO SHOW.

Notarization & Government fees will be collected at the time of service, via cash or check.  Credit Card payments will be assessed a processing fee.

 

All signatories/applicants MUST be present and have valid Driver’s License (cannot be expired) or approved Government issued photo ID.  Please be sure to have all documents completed but NOT signed before Suzanne’s arrival. If for any reason services cannot be completed, excluding operator error, fees are non-refundable.

 

A $15 late fee will be applied 30 minutes after scheduled appointment and for every 20 minutes thereafter.
