Please understand that because Suzanne provides Mobile Services, she is not in the office unless you have an appointment scheduled.

Booking/Cancellation

To secure your appointment a deposit covering the cost of your Accommodation and/or Rolling Fee is required.   All payments will be applied to services or FORFEITED if cancellation is less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Notarization & Government fees will be collected at the time of service via CASH or CHECK only.  Credit Card payments will be assessed a processing fee. Please view acceptable methods of payment below:

  

Please reference appointment holder’s name in the notes section on your chosen payment app so Suzanne can apply the payment to your appointment.
Upon receipt, Suzanne will call you to confirm the details of your appointment.
All signatories/applicants MUST be present and have valid Driver’s License (cannot be expired).  Please be sure to have all documents completed but NOT signed before Suzanne’s arrival.
If for any reason services cannot be completed, excluding operator error, fees are non-refundable
