To secure your appointment a deposit covering the cost of your Accommodation and/or Rolling Fee is required. All payments will be applied to services or FORFEITED if cancellation is less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Notarization & Government fees will be collected at the time of service via CASH or CHECK only.

Upon receipt, Suzanne will call you to confirm the details of your appointment.
All signatories/applicants MUST be present and have valid Driver’s License (cannot be expired). Please be sure to have all documents completed but NOT signed before Suzanne’s arrival.
If for any reason services cannot be completed, excluding operator error, fees are non-refundable.
